Peter Lello Food Pantry – Main Campus (Nanticoke)

Located at the Main Campus in Nanticoke, the Peter Lello Food Pantry provides readily accessible nutritional support. Students facing food insecurity or needing supplemental food and personal care items are encouraged to visit. LCCC understands the financial pressures students face and aims to alleviate some of these burdens by offering nutritious food options.

Hazleton Center Student Food Pantry

At the Hazleton Center, the Student Food Pantry is situated in Room 207, offering convenient access Monday to Thursday. This pantry provides breakfast and lunch/dinner items for students on the go, along with snacks, beverages, basic school supplies, and personal hygiene products. Admittance is confidential and available through an advisor.

Wilkes Barre Campus Student Food Pantry

The Peter Lello Food Pantry also extends its services to the LCCC Wilkes Barre Campus in Room L113. Operating Monday to Friday, this pantry offers similar confidential support to Hazleton and Nanticoke campuses, providing essential food and personal care items to students. Students can inquire at the front desk for admittance and assistance.

Counseling Services: Navigating College Life and Personal Well-being

LCCC’s Counseling Department is committed to supporting students’ mental and emotional well-being. Professional counselors offer assistance to students adjusting to college life or struggling with personal or academic challenges. Services are available remotely, ensuring accessibility for all students. Peer mentors, trained to guide students from a student perspective, are also available. When necessary, the department facilitates referrals to community resources for ongoing support.

AllOne Recovery Educational Institute (AREI): Holistic Support for Students in Recovery

The AllOne Recovery Educational Institute (AREI) at LCCC provides specialized and holistic support for students in recovery from substance use disorders. AREI is dedicated to helping students achieve their educational and career aspirations while maintaining their recovery journey.

Safety and Security: Ensuring a Secure Campus Environment

LCCC’s Safety & Security Department is readily available to ensure a safe and secure campus environment. Located in Building 1, the department can be reached by campus phone, cell phone, or email for any safety concerns or assistance.
