For years, we have proudly served the Memphis community, offering a unique and nurturing environment for individuals to thrive. Annually, between 90 and 100 students, ranging from 4 to over 40 years of age, enroll in our diverse programs, benefiting from our commitment to individualized education and holistic support.

We embrace students with a wide range of disabilities, including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, rare genetic syndromes, and seizure disorders. Our admissions policy is non-discriminatory, welcoming all regardless of race, creed, sex/gender, or national origin.

Madonna Learning Center is a proud member of the Memphis Association of Independent Schools (MAIS) and has been accredited by AdvancedEd (formerly the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools – SACS) since 2002. Our professional staff is not only dynamic and passionate but also highly trained and accredited within their respective fields, ensuring the highest standards of education and care.
As a registered 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization in Tennessee, Madonna Learning Center relies on the generosity of our community. Donations to our school are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by federal law, making it possible for supporters to contribute to our vital mission. Our operational revenues are derived from a combination of tuition fees, fundraising initiatives, special events, support from the United Way, and invaluable in-kind donations from corporations and individuals. We are deeply grateful for our numerous friends and benefactors who believe in our mission and contribute so generously to our cause.
Guidance and governance are provided by our dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, comprised partly of parents of current and former students, ensuring a deep connection to the Madonna Learning Center community.
