Specifically designed to cater to the needs of families with young children, Fordham Early Learning Academy welcomes students into its comprehensive programs spanning from PK3 (three-year-olds) through 2nd grade.
Fordham Early Learning Academy | Early Learners (PK3 & PK4 Programs)
For our youngest learners in PK3 and PK4, Fordham Early Learning Academy offers a nurturing and stimulating environment. Our operating schedule aligns seamlessly with the Marion County Public Schools Calendar, ensuring convenience and consistency for families.
Our program hours are designed to accommodate busy schedules:
Morning Hours: 6:30 am – School Bell
Afternoon Hours: School Bell until 5:00 pm
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to late pick-ups. Therefore, it’s important to be aware of our overtime charges for late pick-ups after 5:00 PM (based on the School Clock Time):
- 5:00-5:15 PM: $10.00 per child
- 5:16-5:30 PM: $20.00 per child
- 5:31-5:45 PM: $30.00 per child
Please note that for the safety and well-being of all children, our abandoned child procedure is initiated at 5:46 PM. Children remaining on site after this time will be released to the custody of a law enforcement officer.
Fordham Early Learning Academy | VPK – 2nd Grade Programs
Fordham Early Learning Academy extends its commitment to excellence to students in VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten), Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. Following the Marion County Public Schools Calendar, our operating schedule for these grades is:
Morning Hours: 6:30 am – School Bell
Afternoon Hours: School Bell until 6:00 pm

Registration Details for Fordham Early Learning Academy
A $35.00 Registration Fee per Child is required to secure your child’s place at Fordham Early Learning Academy. Please take note of the following important registration policies:
- Students with outstanding balances will not be registered until all dues are settled, including emergency drop-in fees.
- Contracts are processed based on the order of receipt.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Registration fees are charged upon contract approval.
- In the event of payment method failure during approval, the contract will remain pending without notification. Parents are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
- After three unsuccessful payment attempts, the pending contract will be removed, and a new contract submission will be necessary if a spot is still desired.
- Registration is exclusively conducted online for your convenience.

To complete your registration efficiently, please ensure you have the following information ready:
- Emergency Contacts: A minimum of three emergency contacts, including full name, address, and phone number.
- Student Information: Details regarding any allergies and/or medical conditions your student may have.
- Payment Information: A valid Credit/Debit card or ACH number for fee payment.
