Weekly tuition rates at the YMCA Early Learning Center are determined by your child’s classroom placement. A non-refundable annual registration fee of $100 is required before enrollment.

YMCA Early Learning Center Enrollment Procedures
To complete the enrollment process at the YMCA Early Learning Center, please ensure you submit the following documents along with the $100 registration fee:
- 2024-25 Enrollment Application
- 2024-25 Early Learning Center Parent Handbook (signature page required)
- CACFP (Child Care Food Program) Form 24-25 / CACFP Parent Guardian Choice Form (infant)
- Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form
Key Dates for Enrollment:
- Wednesday, July 24: Applications for the 2024-25 school year opened for current YMCA families.
- Friday, August 2: Deadline for current families to submit all documents and registration fee to guarantee a spot. Please be advised that registration is currently full for the upcoming school year, and no new public spots are available.
- Monday, August 12, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Open house event exclusively for enrolled families.
