Weekly Chapel services introduce children to the concept of God’s love through age-appropriate Bible stories, songs, and the Pledge of Allegiance. Following Chapel, a dedicated music class allows children to explore rhythm and melody through instruments, singing, and movement. Furthermore, bi-monthly Spanish classes offer a fun introduction to a new language, teaching basic vocabulary such as colors, shapes, numbers, and animal names. Practical Information for Prospective Families
The Sonshine Learning Center academic year runs from September to May, with class placement determined by a child’s age as of August 31st, aligning with the Moore County Public School System’s cut-off date. The center offers various programs tailored to different age groups, with tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school year as follows:
2025-2026 Tuition Rates:
- Baby Program (TWTh 8:30-11:30): $295.00/month
- Toddler Program (TWTh 8:30-11:30): $295.00/month
- Two-Year-Old Program (TWTh 8:30-11:30): $260.00/month
- Three-Year-Old Program (TWTh 8:30-11:30): $260.00/month
- Four-Year-Old 4-Day Preschool Program (M-Th 8:30-11:30): $295.00/month
A 10% tuition discount is offered for the second child from the same family. A non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 applies to new students.
