What We Offer
EY provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards your performance and recognizes the value you bring. The base salary range for this role across all US geographic locations is $105,800 to $174,800. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $127,100 to $198,600. Individual salaries are determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location. Our Total Rewards package includes comprehensive medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off options. We operate on a team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model, expecting client-facing roles to involve in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time.
