During the sessions, each staff member was positioned comfortably, using an apple box for height and holding a bounce card in their lap, which they jokingly described as “reading a very large book.” This technique effectively reflected light back into the face, ensuring well-lit eyes and softened shadows. Immediately after capturing a series of shots, we reviewed the images with each person, allowing them to select their favorite on the spot.
