Meet some of our dedicated student tutors who are here to help you excel!

First, say hello to Hannah Chapman! A second-year Animal Bioscience major from Gallia County, Ohio, Hannah is passionate about animals and aspires to become a Veterinarian. Beyond her love for animals, including her campus dog Crow, Hannah is also a fantastic tutor. She can provide expert guidance in Chemistry (Chem 1210 & 1220), various English courses, and foundational Math courses. Recognizing that academic skills extend beyond subject matter, Hannah is also skilled in time management and effective study techniques, ready to help you optimize your learning strategies.

Next, meet Melania Baer, who goes by Mel! Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio (Hamilton area), Mel is in her second year at OSU ATI, majoring in Environmental Science with a focus on forestry and wildlife. Mel’s dream is to contribute to the preservation of natural spaces by working at a national park, ideally in the North. Mel’s tutoring expertise lies primarily in English, where she can assist you with writing assignments and enhance your communication skills. Additionally, she offers tutoring in Environmental Science and Soil Science, bridging her passion for the environment with her academic strengths. Like Hannah, Mel also provides valuable support in time management and study skills, ensuring a holistic approach to ATI learning.

Finally, meet Lauren Brunswick, a St. Henry, Ohio native, now in her second year at ATI majoring in Food Science and Technology. Lauren’s unique hobby of making homemade cheese and yogurt, cultivated through 4-H and her family farm experiences, showcases her hands-on approach to learning. Academically, Lauren excels in mathematics and chemistry. She can tutor Math courses ranging from Math 1050 to 1151 (Algebra, Trig, and Calculus) and Chemistry 1. Furthermore, Lauren is well-equipped to guide you through your College Orientation Course, answer Carmen questions, and, of course, improve your study skills and time management. Lauren is excited to meet you and offer the best possible assistance for your academic needs, supporting your overall ATI learning journey.
