Our educational products and services are marketed to adult educators and parents who subscribe to Learning A-Z. These services are then used by children under the guidance and supervision of these adults. We are particularly mindful of the privacy of children under 13, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A Special Note to Young Learners: If you are under 13, it’s essential to ask your parent or guardian for permission before using our Learning A-Z Services. Remember, purchasing or subscribing to any Service requires you to be 18 years or older. We do not market directly to children under 18 and always seek parental or guardian consent when a minor attempts to subscribe.
A Special Note to Parents and Educators: Your role in protecting children’s privacy is crucial. Please teach children never to share personal information online without your explicit consent.
