Boost School Funding with Earn & Learn at The Market Place

Support education while you shop, dine, and enjoy entertainment at The Market Place! The Earn & Learn program is designed to help local schools raise funds effortlessly. From September 1st through April 30th, every purchase you make at participating Market Place stores can contribute to your chosen school, earning them between $350 to $3,500.

How Does Earn & Learn Work?

It’s simple! Whenever you spend money at The Market Place, whether it’s for shopping, dining, services, or even movie tickets, you can turn your receipts into valuable points for your school. For every dollar spent, your school earns a minimum of five points. Plus, each month from September to April, the school that logs the most dollars will receive a bonus of $250! (Note: only one bonus prize is awarded per school).

Triple Points Promotion: January 16 – February 28

Maximize your impact! Earn a fantastic 15 points per dollar spent at select stores from January 16th to February 28th. This applies to receipts dated and submitted from November 1st to January 15th from the following stores: Athleta, Fast5Xpress Car Wash, Regal Edwards Market Place, Sephora, and The Flame Broiler.

Key Dates to Remember:

  • Program Duration: September 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025
  • Receipt Submission Period: Receipts dated September 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, are eligible.

Submitting Your Receipts: A Quick Guide

Participating is easy with the online receipt submission form. For convenient access, add the form to your mobile device’s home screen.

  • iPhone Users: Tap the “box with up arrow” icon at the bottom of your screen, then select “Add to Home Screen.”
  • Android Users: Tap the three dots in the top right corner of your screen and choose “Add to Home Screen.”

What Receipts Are Valid?

We accept a wide range of receipts to make earning points as easy as possible:

  • Paper Receipts: Photos or scans of original cash register receipts are accepted.
  • Digital Receipts: Screenshots or PDFs of email, text, or app-based digital receipts. (Need help exporting a PDF? Learn How)
  • Online & In-Store Orders: Receipts from online orders with store pick-up or in-store orders shipped to your address are valid.
  • Third-Party Services: Receipts from third-party apps and delivery services like Fandango, UberEats, Postmates, Grubhub, Instacart, and Shipt are accepted. Remember to deduct any third-party charges like delivery fees, service fees, or gratuities from your total.
  • Gift Card Purchases: Receipts for gift cards purchased directly from stores within The Market Place are eligible.

Receipts That Are Not Accepted:

To ensure fair and accurate point allocation, certain receipts are not eligible:

  • Credit card or bank statements (unless they document a monthly automatic withdrawal to a Market Place retailer).
  • Payments made to retailer credit card accounts.

Entering Your Purchase Amount:

When submitting your receipts, please note the following regarding the purchase amount:

  • Include Total Purchase: Enter the total amount, including sales tax and gratuity.
  • Deduct Cash Back: If you received cash back on your purchase, deduct that amount from your total before entering.
  • All Forms of Payment: The purchase total should include all payment methods, including gift cards and loyalty rewards.

Ensuring Your Receipt is Clear:

To process your submission smoothly, ensure your receipt clearly shows the necessary information:

  • Fan-Fold Receipts: Fold paper receipts to display the store name, location, date, and total amount.
  • Short Video Option: Consider taking a brief video to clearly show all receipt details.
  • Digital Receipts: Screenshot your digital receipts (email, app, or text) ensuring the store name, location, date, and total are visible.
  • Exporting Digital Receipts: Export emailed receipts or online account pages as PDFs. Learn How.
  • App & Text Receipt Screenshots: Capture screenshots of your app or text receipts displaying the required information.

Confirmation and Support:

  • Avoid Duplicate Submissions: Please do not submit the same receipt more than once. For corrections or to verify receipt submission, Email Us.
  • Email Confirmation: To ensure you receive email confirmations, add [email protected] to your email provider’s “safe sender” list (search your email provider for “safe sender” or “whitelist” instructions).
  • Submission Confirmation Page: If the form advances to a new receipt form or confirmation page, your submission has been successfully received.
