This policy underscores our dedication to employing the most qualified individuals and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development, embodying the core values of Excelligence Learning.
Understanding the Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to all positions within Excelligence Learning up to the level of vice president. While our standard practice is to post all open positions, there may be specific instances where, with the approval of senior management and in compliance with legal and non-discriminatory principles, certain roles might not be publicly posted. This ensures we maintain flexibility while prioritizing internal talent and strategic hiring needs.
How Job Postings Work at Excelligence Learning
Once a position is approved for recruitment, our Human Resources (HR) department takes the lead in announcing the opportunity. A link to the detailed job posting will be readily available on the Excelligence Learning Resource Center at ExcelligenceResourceCenter.com. Depending on the role and its requirements, we may also post internally within company offices and facilities. For external reach, our Corporate Recruiter, in collaboration with HR and the hiring manager, will determine the most effective external recruitment channels to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Each job posting clearly states a closing date, ensuring all interested candidates are aware of the application deadline.
