While the standard practice is to post all open positions to maximize internal awareness and application opportunities, there may be specific instances where the hiring manager and Human Resources (HR) department, with the concurrence of the senior management team, may determine not to post certain roles. Such decisions are made only when lawful and non-discriminatory justifications exist, ensuring fairness and legal compliance in all our hiring practices.

Job Posting Procedures

Upon formal approval to initiate recruitment for an open position, the HR department will promptly post a direct link to the detailed job posting on the Excelligence Resource Center (ExcelligenceResourceCenter.com), our central hub for employee resources and information. Furthermore, to ensure maximum visibility, postings will also be displayed in designated common areas within company offices and facilities, as appropriate. The selection of external recruitment sources, when deemed necessary, is a strategic decision made collaboratively by our Corporate Recruiter, HR, and the hiring manager. This ensures a tailored approach to attracting the best talent pool for each unique vacancy, complementing our internal talent pool.

Each job posting will clearly specify a closing date. To ensure efficient processing and fair consideration, all applications must be formally received by HR before this designated closing date to be considered for the position. We encourage employees interested in advancing their careers within Excelligence Learning Corporation to regularly check the Resource Center and company postings for new opportunities.

Employee Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for consideration for any open position within Excelligence Learning Corporation, employees must meet the following essential criteria:
