Getting Started with TrainLink

For new users looking to benefit from our exclusive training programs, signing up is straightforward. Simply use the New User Form to create your TrainLink account and gain access to our Learning Centers.

Returning users can easily access their accounts and training records. If you already have a TrainLink ID, you can skip directly to the Learning Centers to sign in and continue your learning journey. If you’ve forgotten your Unique Key, you can use the Lookup Unique Key tool by searching your current or past email addresses to retrieve your information. DHS (DCT/CO) employees should use their employee ID as their unique key and avoid requesting a new one.

Need to update your TrainLink information? Use the Update Request Form to change details such as your email address, phone number, agency name, or address. Updating your information ensures your transcript remains consistent throughout your career, even if you change roles or organizations. Remember, your TrainLink ID and transcript are designed to stay with you.

Navigating Learning Centers

Once you have your TrainLink ID, you can explore our program-specific Learning Centers. These centers offer a variety of courses and registration information to help you access the exclusive training and learning programs relevant to your needs. Please note that the Learning Centers are temporarily unavailable for system maintenance every Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

For additional DHS training opportunities and enrollment options not directly listed in the Learning Centers, please refer to the Training News and Information page. This page provides details on training events in areas such as Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, MHCP Provider, and MHCP Ombudsman training.

Important Notices Regarding Processing and Holidays

Please be aware that request processing times are currently taking up to one week (seven business days) due to volume and staffing. To help expedite the process for everyone:

  • Utilize the Lookup Unique Key link to check for existing records before submitting a new request.
  • Submit only one request and avoid sending follow-up emails until the week has elapsed. Duplicate requests increase processing times.

Also, note the upcoming state-observed holidays when requests will not be processed:
