Get Ready to Learn: Energize Your Classroom with a Morning Routine

Are you finding it challenging to get your students focused and engaged at the start of each day? Do you observe students struggling with attention or exhibiting behavioral issues in your classroom? Many students face learning difficulties that can stem from developmental immaturity or imbalances in their sensory and motor skills. Imagine transforming your classroom by beginning each day with a calming and energizing yoga-inspired routine, right on your students’ yoga mats, within a shared, supportive space alongside their classmates and teachers.

Often guided or supported by school-based Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and Speech Therapists (STs), the “Get Ready To Learn” classroom morning routine is designed to set a positive and productive tone for the entire school day. This unique approach cultivates a balanced learning environment, providing the optimal level of stimulation necessary to enhance brain focus, boost circulation, invigorate the body, and improve both attention span and skill development.
