Half Day Golf Camp at Highland Park Golf Learning Center (Ages 5-11)
For beginners and those with limited golf experience, the Half Day Golf Camp at Highland Park Golf Learning Center is the perfect introduction to the sport. The Golf Practice’s Level 1 camp focuses on sparking curiosity and a love for the game through fun, engaging gameplay and interactive stations. Experienced and energetic coaches prioritize creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment. While fundamental golf skills are taught, the primary goal is to show young students just how fun golf can be. This unique camp experience ensures that children will be excited to learn and improve their game in a supportive setting at the Highland Park Golf Learning Center. Friend pairing requests are often accommodated, and club rentals are available for convenience.

Participants in this camp benefit from the excellent facilities at the Highland Park Golf Learning Center for skill refinement, combined with daily 9-hole play at the prestigious Sunset Valley Golf Club. Instructional themes are presented through exciting gameplay, team-based competitions, and on-course formats, making learning both effective and enjoyable. A dedicated school bus service ensures smooth transport between the Highland Park Golf Learning Center and Sunset Valley Golf Club. Students should be prepared to walk 9 holes; push carts are permitted.

Campers will spend significant time at the Highland Park Golf Learning Center, developing consistent and reliable techniques under pressure, and then apply these skills during 9-hole rounds at Sunset Valley Golf Club. The program emphasizes deliberate practice and strategic preparation to mirror the demands of high school golf. Transportation between Highland Park Golf Learning Center and Sunset Valley Golf Club is provided by a hired school bus. Participants must be capable of walking 9 holes, and push carts are allowed.
