Innovations In Learning, PC is committed to providing accessible and high-quality services. To ensure clarity regarding financial matters, we accept most major insurance plans. Prior to your first appointment, our team will contact your insurance provider to get a detailed estimate of your benefits. This proactive step helps you understand your approximate out-of-pocket expenses in advance. While we take this initial step, we also strongly encourage clients or guardians to independently contact their insurance representative to obtain their own benefit quote for complete clarity. Co-payments are expected at the time of each service and can be conveniently paid using checks, cash, or credit cards. Please be aware that there is a $35.00 charge for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.
Accessing Out-of-Network Providers for Specialized Learning
For clients exploring insurance options, it’s advisable to first contact your insurance provider to request a list of in-network providers. Opting for in-network providers typically results in lower costs for clients compared to out-of-network providers. If Innovations in Learning, PC, or your preferred provider, is considered out-of-network under your insurance plan, you are still welcome to receive our services. However, in such instances, Innovations in Learning, PC requires full fee payment at the time of service. This policy ensures we can continue to offer our specialized and innovative learning programs to everyone seeking them, regardless of network status.
Private Pay and Self-Pay Options for Uninsured Clients
Innovations in Learning, PC also accommodates clients who are uninsured, prefer not to use their private insurance, or whose insurance plans do not cover the specific services they require. These clients are categorized as private pay or self-pay clients. To ensure financial transparency, our billing department will furnish you with a Good Faith Estimate. This estimate provides you with a clear understanding of the anticipated cost for our services based on the information available when the estimate is prepared.
As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the total expected cost for any non-emergency services. It’s important to understand that the Good Faith Estimate is not a binding contract and does not obligate you to obtain the estimated services.
To empower informed decisions, your healthcare provider is mandated to provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before you receive services. You are also encouraged to request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider, and any other provider you may consider, before scheduling any service. For your records, it is recommended to save a copy or photograph of your Good Faith Estimate.
It’s worth noting that the Good Faith Estimate does not encompass potential unforeseen or unexpected costs that might arise during treatment as part of care that is scheduled separately or requested as needed. Should you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400.00 or more, you have the right to dispute the bill. Initiating a client-provider dispute resolution process will not negatively impact the quality of healthcare services you receive. We are dedicated to ensuring both accessible and transparent innovative learning solutions for all our clients.
