Utilize Learn@Work for Compliance and Professional Development

Learn@Work is WashU’s cloud-based learning management system. It offers compliance training, professional development courses, and essential information for WashU employees. Learn work wustl by using Learn@Work for mandatory training and explore further development opportunities.

Compliance Profile: Begin by completing your Compliance Profile in Learn@Work. This short questionnaire identifies and assigns required compliance training for all faculty and staff. Log in to Learn@Work, navigate to Browse, and select Compliance Profile.

Code of Conduct: Ensure you complete the university’s required Code of Conduct Annual Recertification in Learn@Work annually. The certification period starts January 1st each year, with a requested completion date of March 31st. Find instructions for completing this certification.

Diversity and Inclusion: WashU provides a range of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training courses in Learn@Work for both staff and managers. Explore these courses online to enhance your understanding and skills in DEI.

Office Safety Training: Basic office safety training is mandatory for all WashU faculty and staff. If you haven’t completed this, log in to Learn@Work and search for General Administrative Office Safety Training.
