Standard Birthday Package
Our Standard package provides exclusive access to our entire Downtown Play Space for a full two-hour celebration (90 minutes of playtime and 30 minutes in our Birthday Studio). During your party, Learning Express Play is closed to the public, ensuring a private and personalized experience for your birthday child and up to fifteen guests. Additional children can be included for a small extra fee.
We transform our Studio Room into a festive Birthday Studio and handle all the setup, including providing essential paper goods. We also supply drinks for each party attendee. Feel free to bring your own additional decorations to personalize the space further. The studio is ideal for serving pizza, cake, cupcakes, or any other treats you wish to bring. With complete studio setup and cleanup managed by our team, you can relax and enjoy the celebration stress-free! Standard Birthday Packages start at $649.
Deluxe Birthday Package
For an even more spectacular celebration, choose our Deluxe package. Similar to the Standard option, the Deluxe package grants you private use of the entire Downtown Play Space for two hours (90 minutes of play and 30 minutes in the Birthday Studio) for your birthday child and fifteen guests, with options to add more children.
Deluxe parties are themed to match your child’s interests. Popular themes include Bluey, Paw Patrol, Star Wars, Super Heroes, Dinosaurs, Princesses, and Frozen. We are happy to discuss accommodating other themes to perfectly match your child’s vision. A highlight of the Deluxe package is a special character visit related to your chosen theme, featuring favorites like Darth Vader, Skye from Paw Patrol, Bob the Minion, and various Disney Princesses.
The Birthday Studio is decorated to match your theme, complete with themed paper goods and balloons provided by us. We also provide a snack and a drink for each guest. Deluxe partygoers will also receive a goodie bag, including $10 FunBucks redeemable at Learning Express Toys of Bedford! Additional services like face painting can be added to enhance the fun. Private Event Rentals at Learning Express Play
Beyond birthday celebrations, Downtown Play is available for private event rentals. You can rent our space to host gatherings of up to 120 people for a private play session. Rental packages start at $500 for a one-hour session, with each additional hour priced at $250.
