Welcome to the MGA Rewards program (the “Program”), brought to you by MGA Entertainment, Inc. (“MGA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are designed to govern your participation in our loyalty program. By engaging with the Program, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms, alongside MGA’s comprehensive Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These Terms are supplementary to, and do not replace, our existing Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating in the Program.
Program Eligibility
Participation in the Program is exclusively available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and have reached the age of 18 or older. It’s important to note that employees of MGA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Program Enrollment
To become a valued member of the Program, please visit our website at www.lolsurprise.com/rewards and simply click on “Join Now”. During the registration process, you will be required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and create a secure password for your account. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and current. By creating an account on our site, you are giving your consent to join MGA Rewards and to receive marketing communications via email regarding program updates, exclusive member offers, and discounts. You retain the right to unsubscribe from these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email.
Earning Rewards Points
As a member of the Program, you can accumulate rewards points through purchases made on our website and by participating in various activities offered periodically, such as completing surveys or referring friends to the program. For every dollar spent on qualifying purchases, you will earn two points. This excludes taxes and shipping charges. Point accumulation rates for other activities will be specified at the time of participation. It’s important to note that purchases made using rewards points are not eligible for earning further rewards.
Redeeming Your Rewards
The rewards you earn can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases made on our website. Once your rewards credit balance reaches a minimum of $5, or in multiples of $5, you are eligible to redeem. Rewards are promotional in nature and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any other products or services outside of discounts on our website. Rewards are non-transferable and are intended for use solely by the account holder.
Rewards Points Expiration
To ensure you maximize the benefits of the Program, please be aware that rewards points will expire one year from the date they were earned. Any rewards that remain unredeemed after this one-year period will expire and will no longer be available for use.
Program Modification and Termination
MGA reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove portions of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any updates or changes. Your continued participation in the Program following any modifications to these Terms will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
In the event that MGA decides to terminate the Program, any unused points and/or Rewards will expire and become void upon the Program’s termination date. Similarly, upon termination of your Program account, all accumulated points and/or Rewards will immediately expire.
Limitation of Liability
MGA shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from or be connected to your participation in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if MGA has been informed of the possibility of such damages. As some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable state law.
Governing Law
These Terms are established under and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising between parties related to the Program shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles, California.
