It is with immense joy that I am presented as the new principal of Neff Early Learning Center. My name is Dewunna Aitch, and I am deeply honored to take on a leadership role at an institution known for its rich history of excellence and unwavering dedication to the development and success of our youngest students.
Having been a part of the Neff ECC community before, returning to this energetic and supportive environment feels like coming home. My career in education began as a middle school science teacher. Over time, I have been fortunate to broaden my experience through various roles, including teacher specialist and interim principal. Each step has strengthened my commitment to early childhood education and solidified my belief in the power of a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning space for every child.
At Neff Early Learning Center, we are driven by the conviction that every child is entitled to reach their full potential – academically, socially, and emotionally. Our team of passionate educators is committed to delivering exceptional instruction and igniting a lifelong passion for learning in each student. As principal, my core objective is to champion our teachers, students, and families in this shared mission.
