- Sibling Discount (Two Children): When you enroll two children, you will receive a 10% discount on the tuition for the second child, provided both children are enrolled for a minimum of two days per week.
- Sibling Discount (Two Children – Enhanced): For families seeking more comprehensive care, when you enroll two children and both are attending for a minimum of four days per week, you will receive a generous 35% discount on the tuition for the second child.
WELS Family Discount
Shining Stars Learning Center is affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) and Fount of Life church. We are pleased to extend a special discount to families who are members of a WELS church, particularly Fount of Life.
- WELS Family Discount at Fount of Life: Families who are members of Fount of Life or any WELS congregation are eligible for a 35% discount on tuition for any number of household children enrolled at Shining Stars Learning Center. This discount is applied regardless of the number of days per week your child attends, with no minimum day requirement.

Alternative Payment Methods

- Check Payments: Checks should be made payable to SHINING STARS.
- Cash Payments: Cash payments can be deposited in our secure cash lock box located at the center. Please note, for security reasons, we recommend online or check payments whenever possible.
Please be aware that a return check fee will be assessed to cover our costs for any returned checks.
Important Tuition Payment Policies
To ensure the smooth operation of our program and the consistent provision of high-quality care, we have established clear tuition payment policies:
- Late Payment Fee: Tuition is considered late after the 5th of the month. A $15 late fee will be automatically added to any unpaid balance after this date.
- Program Withdrawal Due to Non-Payment: If tuition remains unpaid for more than 30 days and no prior payment arrangements have been made with the center administration, your child may be withdrawn from the Shining Stars Learning Center program. We encourage open communication regarding any payment challenges to avoid disruption to your child’s enrollment.
Tuition Credit Policy Regarding COVID-19 Related Quarantine
Shining Stars Learning Center prioritizes the health and safety of all our children and staff. In the event of a COVID-19 exposure requiring your child to quarantine, we have a clear tuition credit policy:
- Partial Tuition Credit: A partial tuition credit will be applied to the following month’s tuition ONLY IF the COVID-19 exposure occurred at our facility or was a direct result of contact with a Shining Stars Learning Center staff member. This policy ensures fairness and clarity in managing tuition adjustments related to COVID-19 circumstances.
