First-Time Login to Lincoln Learning Pulse

If you are accessing Lincoln Learning Pulse for the very first time, follow these instructions to ensure a successful initial login:

1. Navigate to the Pulse Login Page: Open your web browser and go to the following URL: https://learn.lincolnlearningsolutions.org/

   This link will direct you to the Lincoln Learning Pulse login portal, the gateway to your educational resources.

2. Enter Your Credentials: On the Pulse login screen, you will see fields for your Username and Password.

   • Username: Enter the username provided to you. This might be your email address or a system-generated username.
   • Password:
     • Temporary Password (Initial Login): If you received a temporary password in your Account Creation Notification email from [email protected], use this password for your first login.
     • No Temporary Password: If you did not receive a temporary password, please contact your school administrator to obtain your initial password for Lincoln Learning Pulse.

3. Sign In: After entering your Username and Password, click the Sign in button.

4. Password Change (First-Time Login with Temporary Password): For security purposes, if you logged in with a temporary password for your initial access to Lincoln Learning Pulse, you will be immediately prompted to create a new, permanent password. This temporary password has a 90-day expiration.

5. Create a New Password:

   • Enter your desired New Password in both fields provided.
   • Click Send.

   Your new password must be at least six (6) characters long to ensure account security within the Lincoln Learning platform.

6. Login with New Password: You will be redirected back to the Lincoln Learning Pulse login screen.

   Enter your Username and your newly created Password. Click Sign in.

7. Access Your Dashboard: Upon successful login, you will be directed to My Dashboard.

   Important Note for Students: Students using Lincoln Learning solutions will be automatically directed to their Learning Management System (LMS) and will not see the My Dashboard interface.

   Note on Dashboard View: The content displayed on My Dashboard is tailored based on your assigned user role and the Lincoln Learning solution types purchased by your institution.

Subsequent Logins to Lincoln Learning Pulse

For all logins after your initial access to Lincoln Learning Pulse, follow these streamlined steps:

1. Navigate to Pulse: Go to the Lincoln Learning Pulse URL: https://learn.lincolnlearningsolutions.org/

2. Click Login: On the landing page, click the Login option.

   Tip: Password Recovery: If you have forgotten your password, click the “forgot password” link on the Splash Screen. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

   Important School Policy Note: Please be aware that some schools may have disabled the password reset function. In such cases, you will be prompted to contact your school administration for assistance with password recovery for your Lincoln Learning account.

3. Enter Your Credentials: You will be taken to the standard Lincoln Learning Pulse login screen.

   Enter your Username and Password. Click Sign In.

   Login Tip: If you encounter issues logging in, double-check that you are entering your username correctly. Usernames are often in the format of an email address or a designated system username provided by Lincoln Learning Solutions.

4. Access My Dashboard (or LMS for Students): Upon successful login, you will be directed to My Dashboard.

   Important Note for Students (Reiterated): As mentioned before, student accounts are automatically directed to the Learning Management System and will not access the My Dashboard view within Lincoln Learning Pulse.
