Instructor-led courses on UCO Learn are live sessions, conducted synchronously, and can be held in person (on or off-campus) or virtually via webinar platforms. Review the course description and sign-up details for specifics on session format and location.

  1. Open the Discover tool and find the instructor-led course you wish to enroll in.

  2. Click on the title of the chosen course.

  3. Review the course description and then click the “Enroll in Course” button to proceed with enrollment.

  4. After enrolling, click the “Open Course” button. Alternatively, you can find the course in your “My Learning” and “My Courses” widgets on the UCO Learn homepage.

  5. Under the “upcoming events” tab, select your preferred session.

  6. Click on the “Register Here” link.

  7. You will be directed to Qualtrics for session-specific registration.

  8. Complete your information, select your desired date/time, and click “Confirm and Submit”.

  1. Navigate to the course you wish to unenroll from using the Discover tool and click on the course title.

  2. Next to the “Open Course” button, locate and click the three dots button.

  3. Select the “Unenroll” option. You will be redirected back to the UCO Learn homepage.

  1. Access the Discover tool and find the online course you are interested in enrolling in.

  2. Click on the course title.

  3. Review the course description and click the “Enroll in Course” button to enroll.

  4. After enrolling, click the “Open Course” button. Alternatively, access the course from the “My Learning” or “My Courses” widgets on your UCO Learn homepage.

  3. From the homepage, click on the “Print Transcript” icon.

  4. A PDF version of your transcript will be automatically generated and downloaded to your computer.
